Run day-to-day execution on one of our earthwork, irrigation or building sites, making sure the work is built to drawings, on schedule and to the quality we sign off on.

Responsibilities

  • Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications and the project schedule
  • Set out levels and alignments with the survey team; check excavation, bund and foundation levels
  • Supervise labour gangs, machinery and subcontractors, and plan the next day’s work
  • Record measurements in the M-book and support the billing team with quantities
  • Carry out quality checks on concrete, compaction and materials, and keep site registers up to date
  • Report daily progress, material needs and issues to the Project Manager

  • B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, or Diploma in Civil Engineering with additional site experience

Lead multiple projects end to end, from mobilisation to handover, owning the programme, cost, quality and coordination with clients and departments.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and track schedules, resources and budgets across multiple sites
  • Coordinate with government departments, consultants and clients on approvals, inspections and progress reviews
  • Lead site engineers, supervisors and the machinery team, and set weekly targets
  • Review RA bills, quantities, variations and subcontractor payments with the billing team
  • Drive safety and quality standards on every site

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quantity take-offs, estimates and BOQs from drawings
  • Prepare running account (RA) bills and final bills with supporting measurements
  • Verify site measurements and M-book entries with site engineers
  • Process subcontractor and machinery hire bills; reconcile materials and diesel
  • Track variations, extra items and escalation, and maintain billing records
  • Coordinate with department engineers for bill checking and approvals

Responsibilities

  • Operate excavators and backhoe loaders (JCB) for excavation, loading, trenching and grading
  • Work to the levels and lines given by the site engineer and surveyor
  • Carry out daily checks: greasing, engine oil, coolant, hydraulics and tracks or tyres
  • Keep the machine log book of working hours and report breakdowns immediately
  • Follow site safety rules, especially around people, trenches and tippers

Yes. Civil engineering freshers can apply for the Graduate Engineer Trainee role, and final-year or pre-final-year students can apply for a project internship. ITI and diploma holders are welcome for surveying, drafting and supervision roles.

Office roles are based at our head office, 102 Yerneni Towers, Huzurnagar. Site roles are posted to our project sites, many of which are around Kodad and Suryapet district, and elsewhere in Telangana depending on the project. Each listing shows its location.
